Airbnb: I led a project aimed at acquiring high-quality leads—specifically individuals who owned apartments in Mexico City—and inviting them to become Airbnb hosts. The project, named bnbExperts, was fully managed by me, including the creation of the Statement of Work (SOW), project development, organization, and ongoing tracking of progress and results. I was responsible for a team of 8 people throughout the entire initiative.

Led the the new website project, this helped the company to decrease the bounce rate from 85% to 40%. Also the quality and quantity of the leads increased and the performance of our traffic campaings went much better in terms of performance by increasing a 35% during the first two months.
